The staff of Mid-America Dialysis would like to welcome you to the facility. Our primary goal is to provide quality care while offering you the best personal service available.
We hope that you will find the atmosphere pleasant and help us to constantly improve by letting us know your suggestions. Our Mission Statement written by the staff is “To provide the highest quality of care. To work as a team to empathize, educate, and communicate with honor and dignity for our patients.”
Our hours of operation will be 6 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 9 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, until our patient base grows. Later we plan to be open from 6 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. six days a week.
If you are an in-center hemodialysis patient, we ask that on your first visit you come one hour before your treatment time, thereafter your appointment time will be 15 minutes prior to when you expect to begin treatment. This allows time to weigh you, take vital signs and clean your access.
Our phone number is 614-367-1679. If you should have a medical problem and need to speak with your physician when you are not in the dialysis facility, please call your physician’s office. If you have a medical emergency when you are not in the dialysis facility, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
